Emma was born in Coventry, England. She has been living in Glasgow, Scotland for the last three years whilst studying Chemistry at the University of Glasgow.
In Paris, in collaboration with Dr. Marcel Hollenstein from the Pasteur Institute, Emma will be preparing novel, cancer-selective ruthenium-containing bioconjugates for use in photodynamic therapy.
Emma has recently learnt how to sew and in her spare time she makes dresses and bags. She also loves all animals, especially dogs.
