Germain was born in Nuevo León, México and received his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. Arriving in Paris in 2017, he is currently a second year Masters student at Paris Sciences et Lettres (PSL) University and works in the Gasser laboratory to improve the functionality of the Desferrioxamine* (DFO*) ligand.
