Fantastic collaboration with Christophe Thomas at Chimie ParisTech, Marcel Hollenstein at the Pasteur Institute and Bruno Goud at the Curie Institute. In this paper, we report on a polymerisation method to encapsulate a photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy against cancer. We could demonstrate that this technique could significantly increase the cellular uptake of the photosensitizer, opening up new opportunities to deliver anticancer compounds.
