Fantastic news: our article with Prof. Dani Gibson has been accepted in Angew. Chem. Int. ed. with Prof. Dan Gibson from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel). In this paper, we report on a novel bimetallic compound that has a triple action to kill cancer cells, therefore increasing the chance of the success of a therapy. Importantly, our compound was found to be active against challenging to treat cancer cells that are resistant to the currently used anticancer agents, opening up new opportunities in anticancer research. This work was mainly carried out by Dr. Johannes Karges, a former PhD student at Chimie ParisTech.
