Excellent news, two new articles of our group have been just accepted in ChemMedChem and Photochem. Photobiol. Sci. Congratulations to Giuliana and Philipp! The first one is a collaboration with Teresa Gianferrara and Enzo Alessio (University of Trieste, Italy) as well as Ramon Vilar (Imperial College London, UK). It describes the potential in photodynamic therapy of novel water-soluble (Re-containing) porphyrin compounds. The second one demonstrates the opportunity to use two-photon irradiation to release enzyme inhibitors (COX-2 inhibitors).
